Arrival and Departure Policy
Check-In - 1200 noon
Early arrival is subject to availability. For guaranteed early check-in, reservation needs to be made starting from the previous night.
Check-Out - 1200 noon
Late check-out is available on request and subject to availability.
Guarantee Policy
Credit Card or Travel Agency Voucher guarantee is required for all kinds of bookings. All major credit cards are accepted.
Cancellation Policy
No cancellation charges are levied if cancelled 48 hours before arrival. If cancellation is made within 48 hours, 1 night room rent is retained with taxes.
Child Policy
- 2 children are allowed with 2 adults.
- Extra bed is provided for an extra cost.
- One Child upto 12 Years of age can be accommodated in the same room. Extra bed and meal is provided complimentary.
- Above 12 Years (Max 3 Adults are allowed), an extra bed is provided at an additional charge.
NOTE
Effective 2nd October 2008, the Government has introduced "No-Smoking" legislation for hotels, restaurants and all public places. As a consequence, smoking is prohibited in all parts of the hotel except in designated bedrooms where smoking is permitted. The hotel has thus created certain dedicated smoking guest bedrooms. Should you desire a smoking bedroom, please let us know. We shall reserve a smoking bedroom for you, subject to availability.
